Rosie

Rosie discovered her passion for brows over 12 years ago. After moving from New York City to Campbellsville, KY, she found there were no local threading salons, so she started doing her own! Her classmates on campus at CU started complementing her brows and asking her if she could do theirs which she did (for free) for over 2 years just because she genuinely enjoyed doing it! After realizing how much she enjoyed transforming her clients brows and how happy and confident it made them feel she knew she had found her calling. This passion led her to found Brows & Beauty Company in 2017.

As our master permanent makeup artist and educator, Rosie has trained under some of the most world renowned permanent make up experts in the world. She constantly seeks more education to continue to grow her expertise. She personally educates and trains every single team member to ensure their skills are flawless. She’s built a team that’s like family, and believes their talent and dedication are the heart of the company.

Rosie understands how permanent makeup enhances your beauty without anyone ever knowing you’ve had anything done. As a busy mom she understands how little time we have in the mornings and loves her own permanent brows, lip blush and eyeliner (done by Raquel and Sarah). She loves how it makes her more confident and her morning routine so much easier.

Rosie is a remarried widow, mom of 3, and a business owner. She feels very blessed to have found love again after loss and has gained not only an amazing husband, Kole but a beautiful family too. Together they have 3 children, Kori (4), Parker (3) and Daisy (6 months).

Although she stays busy with her businesses Brows & Beauty Company and Good Company (an event venue) both located in Downtown Campbellsville, KY and absolutely loves what she does she believes that nothing comes before God and her family. She loves her church family, hosting, baking, organizing, going for walks and being outside with her family and friends.

raquel

Raquel is our Master Permanent Makeup Artist and has been with Brows and Beauty Company since the day we opened at our current location almost 7 years ago! Raquel Specializes in all things brows, Eyebrow Threading & Shaping, Microblading, Combo Brows and Ombre Powder Brows. She is a master in all 3 brow techniques and would love to make your brow dreams come true. She absolutely loves her career and loves building long lasting relationships with her clients. Raquel is thankful for all her clients and having the opportunity to do what she loves. She is passionate about enhancing your natural beauty and making you feel confident in your own skin. One of her favorite things about permanent makeup is how it’s low maintenance, and you can wake up everyday with perfect brows!

Raquel was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. She came to Campbellsville on a wrestling scholarship to attended Campbellsville University. She graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Raquel is happily married to her husband Wesley. They have 3 beautiful babies Samuel(3) and Stella(2) and Sofia (1). Raquel is a busy mom of 3, but when she’s not doing brows you can find her spending time with her littles. She loves prioritizing her family but she also enjoys traveling, baking and working out when she can.

SARAH

Sarah is our Master Permanent Makeup Artist specializing in Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush and Lash Enhancement Eyeliner. She has been part of the Brows & Beauty team for over five years and has loved learning and perfecting each of the services she offers. Her favorite experiences from doing permanent makeup are the lasting connections and positive impacts she has on clients she’s been lucky to meet over the years. There’s nothing more rewarding to her than giving people confidence in themselves again by enhancing their own natural features. She is a true artist and her clients beautiful faces are her canvas. She believes every client’s smile and eyes are the most important features and loves enhancing them with her services.

Sarah is originally from Versailles, Kentucky. After she graduated from Campbellsville University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree she fell in love with the community and decided to make Campbellsville her home. She has been drawing and painting her entire life! In her free time she has been painting and exhibiting her art from local galleries to international exhibitions! Her favorite free time activities are going on walks, eating Indian food, spending time with her friends, and staying home with her two cats Scully and Casper.

Lainey

Lainey is our Master Cosmetologist with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry specializing in Eyebrow Threading & Shaping, Brow Henna, Brow Lamination & Tint and Lash Lift & Tint. She has been on the Brows & Beauty Team for over 5 and a half years mastering her brow services and making clients so happy! Lainey has a huge passion for her art. She loves the process from beginning to end with every client and every service. She strives to give every client their exact wants and needs while still catering to what is best for their brows and lashes during each appointment. The intricate details of her services make them continue to be exciting and ever changing from client to client. If you have ever had an appointment with Lainey you know prior to your reveal of your brows and lashes she’s usually a personal hype woman! She loves meeting new clients and loves her regulars and building a personal relationship with each client! She truly feels like her clients are family. The connections she has made are such a blessing to her day in and out.

Lainey has lived in Campbellsville majority of her life. She sought a career in cosmetology and attended Empire Cosmetology School in 2012. She’s been happily married to Brandon for 8 years and they have two beautiful girls together, Magnolia (5) and Juniper (1). They also have an 8 year old blue heeler named General. In her free time Lainey enjoys time with family, thrift and vintage shopping, baking, cooking and all things homesteading. She attends 3Trees Church locally and enjoys get togethers with her small group family as well. Fun Fact, Lainey is Rosie’s Sister in law.

Mckynzee

McKynzee is our Eyebrow Threading & Shaping Expert bringing over 5 years of dedicated expiernece to our salon. Known for her precision and attention to detail, she’s perfected the art of threading and takes pride in tailoring each brow to enhance her clients’ natural beauty. Whether you're looking for a clean-up or a complete brow transformation, McKynzee also offers optional brow fill-ins using our signature eyebrow pencils for a flawless finish.

In addition to brows, McKynzee offers full-face threading for clients looking to remove unwanted facial hair with a smooth, irritation-free result.

McKynzee loves that anyone can benefit from threading whether your brows are sparse, thick, or anywhere in between. It is completely customizable to each client’s unique needs, and she is sure to listen to each and every concern. McKynzee says that nothing is more satisfying than a clean, freshly threaded brow!

McKynzee has lived in both Green and Taylor County for much of her life. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services & Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. She has been with her middle school sweetheart, Jacob, for over 10 years and they have been married for 4 years. Their daughter, Lena, is the center of their worlds! McKynzee spends most of her free time enjoying staying home with her daughter and spending time outside! Her family and faith are the most important things in her life.

Ella

Ella is a true artist with a natural eye for perfecting brows and a heart of gold! She has loved learning and perfecting the art of eyebrow threading & shaping.

She is the sweetest person you will ever meet kind, caring, and she truly puts her heart into every client she serves.

Ella is an 18-year-old recent HS graduate! Though she’s lived in many places, she and her family have found their heart in Columbia, KY. When she’s not working, she is helping her family with their small business. Ella loves being on the family farm with her animals, especially her dog Bobby, who’s her constant companion. She’s always ready for her next adventure, whether it’s hiking, traveling, or discovering new experiences close to home.
